Here is the protein shake that I have once or twice per day! Delicious:)
*Protein Shake*
-1 Scoop Whey Protein
-2 or 3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
-Dash of Cinnamin
-1 Frozen Banana or Handful of Berries
-2 Cups Skim Milk
-Blend and Enjoy:)

    Yes. After a weight lifting workout is best but your body needs protein to build/repair the muscles.

    with a recovery drink, the focus is more on the carbohydrates than the protein. Fruit sugars are great so a smoothie can be the ultimate recovery drink. Coconut water is a great substitute for store bought recovery drinks like Gatorade as well. It’s has even more electrolytes to replenish your body.

    It does slow it down a bit, but if you dont replenish that glycogen, you will have absolutely no energy the next day to do your next workout.
