It is not easy to plan out a family-friendly Christmas party or a corporate get-together that your staff as well as well as their family will enjoy equally. If, however, most people in your staff are married and have young children, you would have to come up with ideas to keep the whole family involved during the event.
Arrange some entertainment stuff for the little ones with a “Kids Corner”: If you have arranged a sophisticated venue for the function, a Marquee or party hall, it would be a good idea to have a corner created for the kids with toys, videos, and snacks to keep them involved while the grown ups are busy with their socializing.
