Don’t forget that you’ll need to make an appropriate place and space for just about any alternative activities you’re planning to include when you entertain, too. For example, if dancing is about the agenda, you will need to clear a space for this function. If you will be playing the Wii, you are going to need room for the players to move around when it is their turn. If it’s a pool party, remember to provide adequate poolside seating, etc. Which introduces another essential point-if weather permits and you’ve got outdoor entertaining space, consider using the party outdoors. Just make sure you’ve got a back-up plan just in case it rains.
