Extra Space Required at Home? Perhaps a Conservatory is The Solution

For many years I have been looking at moving, but the thought of packing up the whole house fills me with dread.

It’s not like we need extra room all the time. Now that the children are not little anymore we don’t need as much room for all their toys as all of the computer consoles have taken over.  However for all family occasions, when the mob descend on us we could do with an extra room.

As the family grow up, it’s not just immediate family who pop round.  My nieces and nephews all have partners, so all in all we are upto about 30 now for family gatherings.

Much as I love the family, squeezing us all into the dining room is getting absolutely ridiculous.  We are packed in like sardines and if you happen to be in the corner and you need to go to the loo, it is virtually impossible.

I think the easiest solution to my problem is to get a conservatory.

Now as I live in the Surrey area, I thought the internet would be a great place to start my search.  I put in a search for Edwardian Conservatories Surrey, Victorian Conservatories Surrey and even Surrey Conservatories.

I was absolutely amazed by how many different companies there are now on the internet. How do you begin your search and ensure you choose the right company.

I think that this conservatory lark is going to be a bigger job than I imagined.  It’s going to take quite a lot of research because even though it’s not a huge amount of money, it is money that needs to be spent wisely. There are some absolutely beautiful designs available, but I don’t think you can go just by design alone.  Some of the websites I looked at had feedback from previous customers and I think this is a brilliant idea.

Well something I do know is that I am going to have to get a wriggle on and decide because the next big family event is only a few months away and I want everything to be sorted by then.
