The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs will stabilize your lower back and prevent you from an injury; but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding.
Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A couple of rubber bands & some good exercises is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

Darin – The only reason why they would have chosen to kick you out is because you are filming products with brand logos on, therefore if you are in a place of commerce and are publicly favouring a type of product you will effect the sales of that place. Most people go through a bulk phase, eating alot of calories to ensure enough for muscle growth, they gain excess fat, ,but then cut calories, increase protein over carbs for a SHORT PERIOD, trying to keep as much muscle as poss!
It’s not just about building muscle, it’s about as keeping as much muscle to when your going through the cutting stage!

If you can try to get some oatmeal with it or replace the whey with eggs and save the whey for later… especially if you’re cutting carbs, take those in the morning to give you energy the rest of the day… otherwise, good job!

I’m 15 years old and working on my body (burning fat building muscle) what do you think about that I drink a whey protein drink to breakfast ? Is that begging for trouble ? And i have also cutted the carbs alot, is that a way to go ? Love your vids. / Alex
