Identifying the thin line
Although the terms “diet” and “nutrition” have different definitions, they are greatly connected to each other. When defined, “diet” refers to the food and liquid intake of a person while “nutrition” pertains to the science of dealing with food and nourishment. Sometimes, many people get confused with the meanings of the two because they automatically assume that less-through diet-will not affect their health’s overall condition.

my title is Why I should be plan the school’s lunch meal.
Everyone should stay healthy. In fact, school menus are always handy when you’re eating lots of healthy foods that help your body function properly. There are several reasons why I should plan the school’s lunch menu.
First, I care that eating healthy is very important part of your life. It helps you stay strong. Eating a good balance of vitamins and nutrients helps students pay more attention in class. People these days tend to eat fewer healthy foods than they are supposed to. As a result, the body doesn’t have enough fiber and proper nutrition. Second, eating lots of fruits would also help. Instead of serving pizza for lunch at school, a fruit cup and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich would be a lot healthier. Finally, lowering calories is the most important factor in a healthy diet. It can affect the rest of your life. In this world, portion sizes and calories are increasing beyond what’s healthy; the main thing is to watch what you’re eating before it goes in your stomach.
There are so many reasons why I should plan the school’s lunch menu. First of all I want everyone to be strong and healthy. Eating healthy is the best thing you can do for your body.
First off, you shouldn’t bluntly say "There are several reasons why I should plan the school’s lunch menu". You should allude to it.
Also, you should use "pathos" which is emotions. Appeal to the audience and talk about how they wouldn’t want THEIR kid to eat unhealthy foods and such. Really, you should use "ethos" (your credibility) and "logos" (logic). Put in how you know what you’re talking about and how kids who eat healthier do better in school. USE STATISTICS!!

How old are you? If you’re in a younger grade, this is good. If not, you should get your facts better… peanut butter is not better for you than pizza!

Ok, first of all never at the begining of a paragraph say First. Why do you put yourself into the essay? this is supposed to prosuade people. I am going to assume that your younger than high school level since this is not that good.
Rather than saying first, I care that eating healthy… say Eating healthy is an important part of bla bla bla. It is much more pursuasive and profesional. I am in college and this is what I was taught before going into ENG 101. If you were told otherwise leave yourself out of the essay.
Your first paragraph erase the first sentance along with the begining of the next "In fact,". It is unnessisary and just takes up space. If you need to fill space go online and get some statistics and interesting facts on your topic.
Sorry but I have to say scrap the whole last paragraph. It is just talking about you and what you want rather than wrapping up the idea of a healthier lunch system. Try adding onto this. "Inacting my ideas into the school lunch system will greatly decrease the rising problem of childhood obesity." Add onto it just down’t compy past and finish.
You don’t really have a thesis statment. A thesis statment is a sentance or two that map out what you are going to be talking about in this essay. You want to replace the food surved in your school with a new one that is more healthy. Try without saying, "What I am going to be talking about in this essay is." Or, "In this essay I will be esplaining…" This really wouldn’t be your essay if I didn’t have you do something.
Hope this helps.
