i’ve been high raw …
i’ve been high raw for a couple of years, i’m benching 400, leg pressing 1200lbs bent over rowing 350.. weighing 300lbs and leaning fast as i have been doing 811 lately.. i will have to start posting youtube stuff soon..keep it up mate.. when ever i talk to my old bodybuiler buddys i tell em i eat the gorilla diet and they find it hard to refute.. i’m 40 and have only been back training 6 months seriously which i could only do raw due to injurys now gone cause of raw..
