    Keep it up girl,keep them coming i love your training methods,and also the dieting part,the whole not counting calories just blew my mind,i wish i had the courage to do th same,but i rather have a range limit to control myself,otherwise,even though i also follow clean quality nutrition i can easily over do it .

    I don’t ever count calories… I’m all about high quality food… quality over quantity… and some of that quality is high calorie… I don’t ever let that bother me! …not even if I’m close to a show…
    I use it to mainly to keep the chicken from sticking to the pan, LOL:)
