    This guy mentions great sources of fiber but leaves out Broccoli? Also your body needs some sugars because without it you go diabetic. You should be getting your sugars from fruits. The best fruits that provide sugar and known as “fat-burning” fruits are: Grapefruit and Blueberries.

    (So far through the series) I don’t hear this guy talk about if youre going to eat protein and carbs that they shouldn’t be eaten alone (continued . . )
