    Actually it matters not so much as how many calories as to what stage of competition they are in. If they are bulking up, yes, 3000 calories. In the getting ripped stage, more like 1500 calories. Look up traditional bodybuilding diets for competition. And calories never =muscle. A more accurate statement would be protein=muscle. It’s closer to right.

    The only eggs you shouldn’t do this with are farm-fresh.

    Doctors know more than most of the people on FA…you should listen to him.

    Good video, but alcohol is actually good for you. That is of course if one can limit themselves to 2 a day (NO MORE). It could be anything like a shot of jack, 2 bottles of beer, or red wine (good for the heart). Alcohol is loaded with antioxidants that keep the doctors away!

    when you get low fat cottage cheese companies add extra sugar to compensate for the flavor loss, u contradict yourself later as well by sayin u dont get fat free..generally cottage cheese only has like 5g of fat per serving anyways a perfectly fine amount and rather low
