Problems With Being Always Tired?
Are you always tired? I have had the same feeling and I know other people who do too. At least you are trying to do something about it. The first thing that you need to do is visit your doctor. You will be told if there are any physical problems that you have.
I have had massive problem with always feeling tired. Not just the feeling of it but missing out on lots of social things. I decided to do something to combat it. As I suggested you do I visited my doctor. They performed tests but could not find anything wrong. This is how I motivated myself when I had the problem. I think that you should do the same (but this is not a substitute to visiting the doctor).
If you weren’t always tired, what types of things would you be doing? You can use these thoughts as goals to help motivate you. Write down everything that you can think of. Make sure they are things that you really want to do so they can be your inspiration.
After you have generated some ideas you need to sort them so that the one you want most is at the top. That is the one that you really want to do. If you want you can give yourself a further reward once you have done it. This reward has to be personal to you because this whole exercise is about you.
You should be happy with your target and thought of a reward that you will give yourself when you achieve it. The next thing you need to do is consider all the individual taks that you should be doing to stop you always feeling tired. They will be activities like walking the dog more, making sure I get to bed on time etc. They will be unique to your target.
It is important that you work on those individual activities that will help with you not always feeling tired. If you keep at them then you are bound to achieve your big goal.
