What fitness/nutrition website do you frequent the most?

For tips, articles, workouts, etc….?

The VERY BEST web site is www.whfoods.com.

The reason they are the best:
1. They are not trying to sell anything except for the book. Most of the material in the book is on the web site anyways.
2. Everything they write is based on solid research.
3. They teach you all about healthy eating.
4. They also explain (based on solid research) what foods are good for was diseases.
5. Each of the healthiest foods has a long detailed page about its advantages.
6. I adopted several really wonderful recipes from there.

To your health :)
