What is the best free calorie counting, nutrition, and fitness software?

There are lots out there, just wondering which one has the most features.

Rather than opting for software, I would highly recommend SparkPeople. http://www.sparkpeople.com
First of all, they are completely free and they offer so much. They have an online Nutrition Tracker & Meal Plan, Fitness Tracker, Weigh-In & Measurement Tracker. They also have videos that show exercises. They have daily blogs, websites, tips, recipes and more. They even have a place for you to become a part of the community.
You truly have to visit the website because it is so much better than any software you can buy on the market.

I’ve been using http://www.prevention.com for the last 14 months and I’ve lost 63 pounds so far. It’s totally free, and has lots of tracking software and support groups available. Good luck!

Also I track my workouts on http://www.active.com it’s free also and they have tons of support systems, training advice, and groups as well.

Um I was searching for the same thing, I stumbled across bioweblogic.com I’m gonna try it out right now. It’s freeware and it’s none of the online sign in junk.

Update: It’s simple, you can and any exercise based on calories burned if you don’t trust the list that’s already in there. Calories burned do change based on weight which is a good sign. Nutrition wise it has places for calories protein fat carb and fiber. Doesn’t allow input for nutrition but who has the time. I think it’s a score in my book lol.

Update2: You can add other nutrition (e.g. vitamin A) but it crashes on my computer. Let me know if you try it and it doesn’t crash on yours. I’m using Windows 7 64-bit.
