Do what you need to do even if that means early in the morning work outs. You may just have to help your body out even if it seems adjusted. You can accomplish this best by warming up properly. Your muscles and joints are not ready for the day to begin let alone exercise so warming them up in the morning is especially important. Not doing this will put you at a higher risk of being injured. So be sure to do all you can to make sure you are limbered-up for your work-out.

If your schedule is constantly changing it can be difficult to set a workout schedule that works for you. When you work and sleep flop back and forth, it seems like there is no best time.

I do know the feeling about that one and know your pain! But, just keep in mind that the single most important consideration and thought is how important regular exercise is for you. Yes, you have above average demands placed on you. But you can figure out a way to get a good work-out in no matter what schedule you work, or how often your schedule changes. I know this because I have done it, and I have seen other people do it.

It is quite common for people who weight train to exercise during the evening. Actually, that is a good idea for weight lifting and training. Your hormones are at very good levels somewhere right around 6 PM. You may be surprised to learn that weight lifting is best done a few hours before or a couple hours after this 6pm time. What you will also find is that your muscles are ready for the exertion because they are aptly warmed up from the day. Your muscles will be warmed up and you’ll find yourself more flexible too.

Your work schedule does not need to affect your exercise routine, your body will adapt. Even the most strenuous 10 mile run or weight training schedule can be adapted to. Be patient but keep at it and soon you’ll notice that your body resists less. Lastly, remember to read our Body Gospel reviews.
