You’re right on with the not being able to walk for a week after doing your legs the first time.
For me, I was attending a weekend military course and I was assigned a top bunk in the barracks and I could barely climb up, let alone get down the next morning. But since then, I barely even notice it the next day.

Great that someone has finally pointed out that you have to work out legs. I literally work my legs all the time. The problem I had was adding upper body which I have slowly been doing for the last 6 months to were I’m at a good level. Lol the comment on skinny legs that is how all the body builders at my gym are built and they are at 230-280.I’m 175 and my legs are way bigger than theirs. You need your legs they get you were you need to go.

Man, great vid. Legs are important. I do them 1 or 2 times a weeks, I hate doing legs simple because I am a runner and running with sore legs is not fun. I guess i need to eat more since I burn lots of calories.
