How do I get bigger and gain more muscle?
Soooo I’m 16 right now and I weigh about 153lbs and would like to be about 185-190! I’ve being going to the gym everyday except for Wednesdays and Sundays! But I’m not sure on what to eat so I gain more! I guess I just need some advice on everything! Thanks!
Eat healthy Period
Its going to be hard but if you want it bad you should commit to it.

Drink whey protein powder within 30 mins of finishing your workout. Also, make sure that you have a personal trainer show you proper use of equipment (most people in the gym misuse equipment a lot of the time).

Eat a lot of protein, it helps you build muscle and add a few pounds. And in protein, I mean meat, and lot’s of it, but you’ll get there if you continue to go to the gym everyday.

gaining muscle depends a ton on ur diet and how u lift
id search some lifting diet schedules and workouts. or maybe glance at some teen bodybuilding diets.
i usually take some creatine a lil b4 i lift then some protein shakes right after. that helps.
but if u wanna get big fast u eat like 6 smaller meals a day..but they have to be healthy
its kinda hard finding good diet plans and supplements when ur around 16
