    i workout at home and all i have is a resistance band but its very strong, however my question is it possible to achieve such muscles (maybe not that big as yours) just doing standard exercises at home.

    as they are great for me they will work but when you r just startin to do them dont do alot build your self up i started doing 5 now i can do 30 easy it just takes a lot of hard work
