How to gain muscle without going to the gym?
I am very skinny and I would love to gain some muscle. What are some things out there that would help me without going to the gym.

I have put on about 8 pounds over the last month by drinking smoothie shakes everyday, sometimes I take two shakes a day just because they taste so good. It is great fuel for the body and muscles. I have also been doing sit ups, push ups, and some stretching at home. It is always good to keep the muscles moving and loose.
I get my protein from the link below, they have a forum page on their website that has some great smoothie recipies and workout topics.

Workout at home and use your own bodyweight. Best excercises for upper body are pushups,pull ups,chin ups, dips and best lower body are squats and lunges, best abs would be planks

Buy some dumbells at the store. You can work out your entire body with his a pair, no gym needed.
Situps, pushups, pull-ups, etc.
Who needs gyms anyway?

Push ups 20 a day

heres what i try to do:
50 jumpin jacks
50sit ups
50 push ups
ride a bike for 1 hour
jog 1 mile the first day, and add one half or a mile each day
fine a bar that is higher than ur head. do 10 pull ups. add 5 each day
sounds like a lot, but in 1-3 months, ul have muscles up u didnt even know where there!

Invest in a weight set and bench, or if you don’t want to be bothered, there are a number of exercises you can do that don’t require them. You can improvise exercise equipment. Have a back pack? Put some weight in it, whatever you choose. Just make sure the weight is distributed evenly, then do push-ups while wearing it. You can use the same back pack to do your bicep curls.
Also eat healthy foods that will help pack on muscle.
