What is the quickest way to gain muscle in your thighs and arms?

Not including drugs.

Weight lifting!

Do squats, leg press, dips, bench press, and preacher curls.

And eat lots of protein and calories.

    Cycle, that works out your thighs well. For arms just lift some dumbbells.

    Thighs: squats or deep knee bends.
    Arms: pushups. If you can’t do a pushup from level with the ground, start by pushing away from a wall. Go lower on the wall as you get stronger. At 45 degrees, switch to pushups on stairs. You can go to the bottom steps and flatten out farther by going lower and lower on the steps till you’re on the ground.

    Reps: do your pushups in sets of 15. When you can do three sets of 15 it’s time to increase the difficulty.

    A really good work out to tone your lower body, is run up and down the stairs, try using incline workout, if you life near mountains, that would be a great way to tone your lower body, incline work outs is the best way to get good results, good luck

    Arms: tricep kickbacks, bicep curls, deltoid raises, military presses
    you can use free weights or weight machines.

    You would have to lift some pretty heavy drugs to gain muscle in your thighs and arms anyway.

    Arms: bicep curls and bench dips
    Legs: squats and lunges, leg curls and presses if you have the equipment

    Consume protein post workout as well. This will help your muscles grow faster.
