Cycle, that works out your thighs well. For arms just lift some dumbbells.

Thighs: squats or deep knee bends.
Arms: pushups. If you can’t do a pushup from level with the ground, start by pushing away from a wall. Go lower on the wall as you get stronger. At 45 degrees, switch to pushups on stairs. You can go to the bottom steps and flatten out farther by going lower and lower on the steps till you’re on the ground.
Reps: do your pushups in sets of 15. When you can do three sets of 15 it’s time to increase the difficulty.
