Here is the protein shake that I have once or twice per day! Delicious:)
*Protein Shake*
-1 Scoop Whey Protein
-2 or 3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
-Dash of Cinnamin
-1 Frozen Banana or Handful of Berries
-2 Cups Skim Milk
-Blend and Enjoy:)
